Canyon View offers a variety of programs.
Canyon View's English learner program develops students develop their English skills, therefore, allowing them to understand academic instruction being taught in their classes.[2]
The purpose of the Dad's club is to encourage dads to spend time with their children while they are in a school environment.[2]
The purpose of the Gifted and Talented Education program (GATE) is to allow high level students to challenge themselves and unlock their potential.[2]
The purpose of the Focus on Children Understanding Self-Esteem Program (FOCUS)[2] is to build students' self-esteem. It is the equivalent of the Primary Interaction Program (PIP)[3] which most Poway Unified elementary schools use.
